Employment Term: Permanent Part-time Night Duty Registered Nurse (9.45pm - 7am).
Location: Mackay Homefield Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $43.03-$54.46 per hour (based on experience) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increase your take home pay!) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

Your part in our BlueCare team
As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
General nursing experience, post-registration
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
