About the role

As Customer Services Unit Manager in the Land Registry Services branch, you will lead a high-performing team delivering responsive customer and technical support to a wide range of stakeholders. You'll manage frontline operations, strengthen systems and processes, facilitate stakeholder forums, and provide expert input to guide service and policy improvements across Land Use Victoria. This role plays a critical part in helping customers navigate Victoria's land administration systems with clarity and confidence.

We're looking for a proactive, solutions-focused leader with a strong background in customer service, stakeholder engagement and people management within complex or regulated environments. Your ability to build strong relationships, improve how services are delivered, and apply sound knowledge of land-related legislation and planning processes will be key to your success.

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.

Recipients of Victorian Public Service (VPS) voluntary departure packages should note that re-employment restrictions apply.

Non-VPS applicants will be subject to a probation period of six months.
