Windsor Earthmoving is seeking experienced multi-skilled operators to join our high-performing crew working across civil, general hire and GPS-guided projects in SEQ.

💼 About the Role:

You’ll be operating a range of machinery across various civil and site prep jobs – working with builders, developers and contractors. We’re looking for skilled operators who can jump between plant and trucks, think ahead, and take ownership on site.

✔️ Must-Have Skills:

• HR/HC truck licence

• Strong machinery experience – excavators, dozers, skid steers etc.

• 3D GPS machine control knowledge essential (Trimble, Topcon or similar)

• Confident in final trim and working to tight tolerances

• Ability to read and interpret plans and levels

• Good attitude, reliable and safety-focused
