Must have a Beauty Therapy qualification (Cert III or above)

About the Role

As Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the salon, team leadership, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. This hands-on role is perfect for a confident, organised, and passionate individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations

• Lead, motivate, and support the beauty team

• Provide high-quality beauty treatments to clients

• Manage bookings, client care, and product sales

• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment

• Assist with stock control, rostering, and reporting
