✨ About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to lead our exceptional team and oversee day-to-day operations at our Fulham Gardens spa. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with heartfelt hospitality and impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Oversee spa operations, ensuring a high standard of service, cleanliness, and ambiance

Lead, support, and inspire a team of therapists and reception staff

Manage client bookings, staff rosters, and stock control

Drive retail sales, membership packages, and rebooking rates

Maintain compliance with health and safety standards

Ensure the guest experience is seamless, nurturing, and aligned with the Blue Lagoon philosophy

Report on KPIs, budgets, and business growth opportunities to the executive team

Perform treatments as needed, maintaining hands-on connection with clients and team

You Will Bring

Proven experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality management (preferably 2 years minimum)

A Diploma of Beauty Therapy (required), and Diploma in Salon Management (preferably)

Strong leadership, team development, and customer service skills

Confidence using booking software and managing rosters

A natural ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure

A genuine passion for wellness, ritual, and timeless beauty

High standard of presentation and attention to detail

You have availability to work late nights and Saturday.
