The Role:

This role is critical to creating and maintaining world-class workshops. The successful candidate will be a key player in the team, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude, a willingness to learn and engage in training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling inventory stock and maintaining stock levels
• Interpreting spare parts and ensuring accurate costing/pricing
• Organising and planning stock control, storage, and stocktake procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of workshop areas and warehouse
• Updating price lists from suppliers and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Utilising technical, communication, and negotiation skills to support the team.
• Setting and meeting deadlines while carrying out work in a neat and organised manner
• Utilising computer literacy in Word, Excel, and purchasing/inventory-based systems.
• Providing support to other team members and learning the process of running a warehouse
• Sorting and maintaining the warehouse area, ensuring that stock is properly stored and accessible.
• Assisting with parts pick-ups and delivery, ensuring that technicians have the necessary parts for repairs.
• Organising parts returns from technicians and ensuring that inventory levels are properly maintained in service vehicles.

• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Desire to build and improve your skills and adapt to a fast-changing business environment.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hold a valid Manual Driver's Licence and have good driving skills.
• Hold a Forklift Licence (preferable)
• Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
