Position: Account Broker – Construction Wholesale (Sydney CBD Office 3 days / WFH 2 days)

Day-to-day activities will include the following:

Providing general and administrative support to a team of insurance brokers.

Responding to enquiries from clients and prospective clients.

Insurer engagement, including requesting and issuance of policy documentation, certificates, premium calculations

Invoicing and following up payment of premiums by clients.

Information management, including maintenance of client files, information and contact details.

Document preparation, including preparation of quotations, reports, policy documents, certificates of currency, quotation letters and client / insurer correspondence.

Assisting with internal compliance tasks and reporting.

Our ideal applicant will have:

Experience in a similar role (administrative assistant, executive assistant, business support or similar) within a financial services or professional services business.

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

An eye for detail.
