About the Role

RAM Equipment is on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Turnaround Team Members to join our energetic team at our Richmond, SA 5033 location. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting our operations by maintaining the yard, assisting with equipment logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.

What You'll Be Doing

- Organising and maintaining the yard to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Conducting basic inspections and cleaning of equipment before and after hire
- Supporting the workshop team with general duties as required
- Performing minor maintenance tasks under supervision
- Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational goals

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a similar yard or labouring role (preferred but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in machinery
- Ability to operate forklifts or machinery (licence desirable)

- Car Drivers license required
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
