Benefits:
- Site based in Alderley - Northside of Brisbane
- Salary review after 6 months will add fuel and toll allowance
- 140k + Super
- Site team including 1 Foreman, 1 Site Manager, 1 Project manager & 1 Contracts Administrator
- Alternating Saturdays - 1 Saturday per month
- Flexible starting times
To be successful you will have the following:
- You will need a QBCC supervisors License
- Ability to make relationships with trades and push trades to meet program needs
- Foreman experience on townhouse or commercial projects
- Proven track record as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
This is a strong client with multiple townhouse projects coming up on the Northside of Brisbane, as this project comes into the finishing stages they are needing another foreman onsite confident in structures or finishing. Commercial experience is preferred.
