About the role

Tiny Dreamers childcare is seeking an experienced Diploma Educator to join our vibrant early learning centre in Glenorie, NSW. This is a full-time position within our dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

What you'll be doing

Implementing the Early Years Learning Framework to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs

Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's learning, wellbeing and development

Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community

Documenting children's progress and learning through observations, portfolios and other assessment tools

Collaborating with the educational team to continuously improve the quality of our service

Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children by adhering to all policies and regulations

What we're looking for

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent

Minimum 2 years' experience working as an educator in an early learning or childcare setting

Demonstrated ability to plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and families

Passion for supporting children's holistic development and wellbeing

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative team environment

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certificates
