THE ROLE

You will be involved in all facets of leasing work, including;

• Negotiating and advising on commercial, retail, and industrial leases
• Licensing
• Sub-leasing
• Offers to lease
• Agreements to lease
• Variation of leases
• Assignment/transfer of leases
• Surrender and termination of leases
• Rent reviews
• Renewals
• Lessor Disclosure Statements and other statutory requirements
• Breach notices and disputes
• Retail lease reporting

THE TEAM

You will be working alongside a Property Partner and lawyer as well as admin staff in the Property team. The wider firm is a small and collegiate team of experienced lawyers.

YOU

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2-5 min PAE years' experience in leasing. You will possess solid relationship building skills. Finally, you will have a keen interest in building and extending your expertise, as this is a role that offers genuine career development.
