We’re offering a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a dynamic leadership role at Forgie Surgical Ward, Gawler Health Service. As a Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), you’ll use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to coordinate high-quality, person-centred care across a dedicated multidisciplinary team. You will drive continuous improvement, support professional development, and foster a positive, respectful workplace culture - all while making a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of safe, evidence-based care and patient flow in Forgie Ward.
• Manage and support nursing staff, including workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, and performance development.
• Champion innovation and improvements in models of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Drive quality and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, risk management, and accreditation requirements.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
