About the role

Triscott Educational Services is seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support and CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability on a contract basis.

What you'll be doing

Delivering quality training and assessment to students in the CHC33021 and CHC43121 qualifications

Conducting student tutorials, workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions

Assessing students' competency and providing timely and constructive feedback

Maintaining detailed student records and ensuring all documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements

Continuously improving training and assessment materials to enhance the student experience

Liaising with the CEO to identify professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

Relevant vocational qualifications, including the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support and CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or above

Significant experience as a Trainer and Assessor in the community services and/or health sectors

Strong knowledge of the VET sector and the ability to interpret and apply training package requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners

Proficient in the use of learning management systems and digital technologies to support training delivery

A commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to provide practical, innovative solutions
