About the role

Are you a passionate and experienced Community Services Trainer looking to make a difference? Angel Institute of Education has an exciting opportunity for a Community Services Trainer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Dandenong, VIC and offers the opportunity to share your expertise and empower the next generation of community services professionals.

What you'll be doing

Deliver high-quality training and assessment in community services to a diverse student cohort

Develop and maintain engaging course materials and lesson plans

Provide academic support and mentoring to students to ensure their success

Assess student work and provide timely feedback

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to inform your training delivery

Collaborate with the wider teaching team to continuously improve course offerings

What we're looking for

Relevant vocational qualifications in Diploma of Community Services or a related field

Significant experience working as a Trainer or Assessor in the community services industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse student cohort

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

A passion for education and a commitment to student success

Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies
