About your new role
Join our passionate team at the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre, where we deliver high-quality aquatic programs to our growing community. Reporting to the Team Leader Aquatic Programs, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our programs.
This role will see you working closely with venue leadership and aquatic team members to provide hands-on support across program administration, team training, customer service, and operational excellence. You’ll help ensure an outstanding experience for all participants while supporting the day-to-day coordination of the Swim School.
This is a nine-day fortnight role, with availability required across weekdays and weekends.

About you
We’re looking for a confident and experienced aquatic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You will bring:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Swim School or similar aquatic program setting.
Proven skills in deck supervision, class delivery, enrolment processes, and customer engagement.
Ability to lead by example and support the training and development of swim instructors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and professional team culture.
Experience preparing lesson plans and delivering high-quality swim instruction.
Strong safety awareness and the ability to identify and respond to risks in a pool environment.
