🍃 What the Role Looks Like

No two days are the same in this flexible, outdoor role — you’ll be out in nature, making a real difference with every step (and muddy bootprint!).

Maintaining gardens across residential and commercial sites

Caring for native bushland and contributing to environmental preservation

Keeping coastal areas and access points clean, safe, and inviting

Planting and nurturing gardens that bring colour and life to the community

Delivering high-quality, professional results that clients love

Building great relationships with clients, teammates, and leadership

🧰 What You’ll Bring

A practical, hands-on mindset combined with a genuine passion for the outdoors and a can-do attitude — all wrapped up in a friendly, team-focused approach!

A willingness to get your hands dirty and dive into the work.

A strong commitment to supporting and developing the team.

Familiarity with safe work practices and the ability to follow them consistently.

The ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.

📋 You’ll Also Need

NDIS Workers Screening

White Card

Current driver’s licence (C class)

A certificate in Horticulture or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)

National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Chemical Application Licence through Department of Health (is desirable but not essential)

Basic traffic management ticket (is desirable but not essential)
