18 - 24 July and 25 - 28 July + ongoing into 2025/26

Rates vary between:
$40 - 58 per hour for technician depending on experience
$60 - 63 per hour for leading hands

About the Role
Are you mechanically minded with a background in fixed plant maintenance? We’re on the hunt for reliable, hands on individuals looking to build a career in mining maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in fixed plant maintenance across operational mine sites
• Roller and Skirt maintenance
• Opportunity to move into leading hands roles
• Manual handling and use of power/hand tools
• Supporting shutdowns and maintenance crews in high heat, fast paced environments
• Completing JHAs, permits and following safety procedures
• Working long shifts in physically demanding conditions

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in mining
• Exposure to fixed plant machinery (conveyors, screens etc.)
• Comfortable with manual work and long shifts in tough environments
• Confident using tools and equipment on site
• Team players with a strong safety-first attitude
• People to also be available for other shutdowns across WA
