With a current annual revenue of approximately $100m, our client is poised for continued growth and is seeking a dynamic Financial Controller with a collaborative mindset to support and drive their next phase of success.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the CFO, as the Financial Controller, you will play a key leadership role within the finance team. Your duties will include (but not be limited to):

Lead and manage the financial control function, including oversight of transactional finance (including payroll) and month-end responsibilities

Deliver timely and accurate month-end reporting

Assistance with drafting of Board, E.L.T. and FRMG Reports

Assist with changes in budgeting and variance analysis processes, reporting formats, etc.

Oversee tax compliance, audit preparation and treasury, including cash flow forecasting

Contribute to ongoing firm projects as required, including data lake implementation and associated reporting tools, payroll system post implementation issue resolution and changes to finance processes following upgrade to Practice Management System

Mentor and support the finance team of 6 during a period of significant change

Work closely with the CFO to improve processes and increase finance’s strategic influence across the business

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

Immediately available to start from 21st July 2025

Be professionally qualified (e.g. CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)

Professional services experience is highly regarded

Commercially minded with strong hands-on financial control experience
