Bradnams Windows and Doors is a market leader in aluminium windows and doors, known for our innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our team at our Melbourne Distribution Centre, primarily working on our Thermal Break Rolling Machine.

About the Role:

This role involves operating the Thermal Break Rolling Machine, which assembles polyamide thermal break strips with aluminium extrusions to manufacture high-performance, insulated window and door components. You'll be part of a high-performing team focused on safety, precision, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Thermal Break Crimping Machine in accordance with production schedules

Monitor machine performance, conduct basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues

Conduct quality checks to ensure assembled components meet specifications

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Maintain a clean and efficient work area

About You:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

High attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude

Reliable, punctual, and committed to working safely

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
