Our client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation, Seek the experience of a Archibus ICT Projects Manager

Responsibilities:

• Development of a phased implementation schedule for additional modules;
• Oversight of system integration and delivery of functional enhancements;
• Planning and execution of data migration and system remediation activities;
• Implementation of data retention and governance processes;
• Development of data models to support analytics, reporting, and long-term optimisation;
  
  

Experience:

• Project Management Experience in ICT System Implementation Demonstrated recent experience in leading end-to-end projects involving the implementation of Facilities Management Systems (FMS) that support building and infrastructure asset management.
• System Integration and Functional Enhancement Delivery Proven ability to manage the integration of FMS platforms with broader enterprise systems, with experience delivering functional enhancements that reflect the needs of facilities operations.
• Data Migration, Governance and Reporting Capability Demonstrated experience in coordinating data migration and governance processes specifically related to building and infrastructure assets, including the development of asset hierarchies, space and condition data, and lifecycle tracking. Experience in designing data models and reporting frameworks that support capital planning, maintenance forecasting, and strategic asset management is essential.
