The Role

As a Harvest and Processing Technician, you will play a key role in the harvest team, executing large-scale harvests of our premium saltwater barramundi. Following harvest, you will oversee the journey of these freshly caught fish through the Processing Shed, where you’ll be actively involved in grading, processing, and packaging to maintain the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will also include operating forklifts and supporting various other aspects of the harvest and processing workflow. This hands-on role is crucial to ensuring our product meets market expectations and reaches customers in optimal condition.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in Processing Shed work or general Farm Hand work will be looked upon favorably, however this is not a requirement.

The position will be hands on and require outdoors type work, so experience in this type of work setting is beneficial.

The successful applicant will be reliable, physically fit, self-motivated and a good problem solver.

Current driver’s license (required).

Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).

Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Current Forklift License (or willingness to obtain).
