We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a $2m medical center, involving complex services coordination, clinical equipment integration, and direct client engagement.

Your Role:

• Manage all on-site activity from start to finish on a live medical fit-out project
• Coordinate services trades and specialist equipment installers
• Ensure compliance with strict health and hygiene requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Oversee OH&S, quality assurance, and program delivery

You Will Bring:

• Proven experience on commercial fit-out projects, ideally with healthcare or live environment exposure
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to site management
• Strong understanding of services integration and sequencing
