• 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Contribute to full stack development across front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
• Participate in ongoing enhancements, defect fixes, and delivery of accessible, high-performing digital services.
• Develop and maintain intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks; ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, visually compelling web components.
• Build reusable code libraries, optimise applications for speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, testers, and other developers across Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Assist with API development and integration, working closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams.
• Design and perform testing activities, including acceptance testing and performance tuning.
• Provide Level 3 support, resolving complex defects and delivering technical improvements across systems.

You'll be working across a modern and diverse technology environment, including:

• Frontend: Vue 3, Nuxt 3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Java
• Integration & APIs: GraphQL, MuleSoft
• Databases: MongoDB, Cosmos DB
• DevOps & Tools: Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience developing web applications for a large user base.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a user-first mindset.
• Ability to navigate both Agile project delivery and Waterfall-based organisational structures.
• Strong communicator who proactively asks questions, shares ideas, and collaborates effectively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of the following is desirable: Student management Systems / Student Enrolment, Learning Management Systems, REST based Web Services, WEB Frameworks such as Angular, Unit Testing Tools.
