Empowered Living Choices is seeking a dedicated and compassionate EN / HIS Support workers to join our dynamic team, working in a purpose-built property supporting people with high physical support needs.

As part of our mission-driven team you will provide person-centred care, build meaningful relationships, and a true sense of community.

Your Role

As a valued ELC team member, you will:

Deliver high-quality clinical and personal care to residents with high physical support needs

Monitor health, administer medication, and complete clinical documentation

Work closely with our Allied Health and Support teams to ensure holistic, person-centred support

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to support staff

Be part of a team culture that’s driven by integrity, empathy, respect, and excellence

PEG, Ventilation, Wound management, Manual handling experience required

Immediate start required

Day, Evening and Active Nights shifts available

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community nursing (NDIS experience highly regarded)

A warm, compassionate approach and strong communication skills

Confidence in working with high physical support and complex care needs

Current CPR/First Aid, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and COVID-19 Vaccination
