What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing clinical care and support to aged care residents
• Filling casual shifts when regular staff are unavailable
• Helping start the day with a smile—or keeping residents safe and rested overnight
• Representing HCA with professionalism, kindness, and reliability

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1+ years of post-graduate experience as an Enrolled Nurse
• Experience within a Nursing Home or Residential Aged Care Site
• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration
• A passion for delivering high-quality care in aged care settings
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Full working rights in Australia
