IOP are looking for an entry level Project Manager to assist the existing team.

To Achieve this role, you will need be able to.

Project Manage jobs from start to finish, internally & externally, with training in IOPs internal systems.

Outsource of projects, with knowledge of where to send various projects to get desired result.

Effectively manage clients’ expectations, by utilising the “POLR” theory.

Seek to grow existing client base, thru service and adding product offerings.

Attend daily production meetings, ensuring all project information is kept up to date.

Qualifications & experience

General signage & printing experience with high knowledge of substrates,

Worked in the print & signage industry for minimum 1+ years.

Great communication and literacy skills with a relaxed personality.

Estimating and direct client experience are a must.

Able to work autonomously within short period of time.

Account management.

The next skill sets are not essential but highly desirable: Basic prepress / adobe suite experience, Signage Installation.
