The Role

As a Registered Nurse at Kolora, you will:

Provide clinical leadership and supervision across the care team

Support and guide Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees

Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery

Drive continuous improvement and uphold excellence in clinical care

About You

Essential Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Strong clinical knowledge of aged care and associated legislation

Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Empathetic and team-oriented, with a genuine passion for aged care

Willingness to work across a variety of shifts

Preferred Clinical Background (any of the following):

Residential Aged Care – delivering holistic, relationship-based care

Hospital settings – including medical, surgical, or rehab wards

Primary healthcare – chronic illness and older adult support
