About the Role

We are currently welcoming expressions of interest for full-time RN positions across our rural facilities:

Killean Facility – Inverell, NSW

Apex Road Facility – Gunnedah, NSW

Yallambee Facility – Millmerran, QLD

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our elderly residents. You’ll bring clinical expertise, compassion, and leadership to our multidisciplinary team, while supporting and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees. Your contribution will help shape a culture where our residents thrive.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Strong clinical knowledge of aged-related health issues

Proven leadership and team coordination skills

A caring, empathetic nature and strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and relevant legislation

Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (AM, PM, nights)

• Aged care experience as a RN in Australia
