About the Role
We're looking for a Clinical Applications & Territory Manager to lead and expand our presence in PCIOL (Premium Cataract Intraocular Lens) across Brisbane and Queensland. This is a pivotal role driving surgeon engagement, clinical trials, and long-term account success, while being a key player in national and regional initiatives.
📍 Location: Brisbane, Queensland
📊 Reports To: Country Leader ANZ
🛫 Travel: ~15% regional/national
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and activate your territory’s sales strategy—across accounts, products, and surgeon engagement.
Run end-to-end IOL trials with target surgeons, from initial data collection to full conversion.
Nurture ongoing surgeon relationships to maintain usage and grow demand.
Work alongside our Country Leader and Marketing to bring our PCIOL products to life at events, symposia, and congresses.
Be a local champion for the HSO brand—engaging with KOLs, hospitals, and partners to expand our influence.
Stay organized and compliant with monthly reporting, lens consignment tracking, and budget planning.
Who You Are
A commercial expert in ophthalmology or optometry with 3+ years in the field and 5+ years overall in medical/pharma sales.
Known for communication excellence and your ability to influence with integrity.
You thrive on results—and you know how to deliver them while uplifting your colleagues and customers.
You're organized, proactive, and calm under pressure—because you see the bigger picture.
Must-Haves
Strong understanding of surgical IOL practice and hospital dynamics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Degree qualified with experience in Ophthalmology or Optometry sales preferred
Working rights in Australia without restrictions
Current valid Australian driver's license
