Full-time Customer Support & Investigations team – 3-Month Temporary Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in a customer support and investigation capacity. This is a 3-month role. The role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team within a respected organisation in the healthcare or technical equipment industry.

About the Role
In this position, you will provide essential support to customers and internal teams across both pre-and post-sales functions. You will help manage customer communications, investigate orders, processes and invoices, and contribute to service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and manage correspondence.
• Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, clinical, and warehouse teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Process orders, generate invoices, track shipments, and manage purchase order follow-up.
• Support internal audits, quality control activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with experience using CRM and order processing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a regulated or healthcare-related environment is an advantage, though not required.

Contract Details

• 3-month temporary position
• On-site role with full training and handover provided
• This role is offering up to $40ph + super.
