As a Service Advisor and Sales Person – Parts & Accessories (Motorsports) you will play a key role in the expansion of the Brisans brand. We are currently looking for a friendly, honest and driven person to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate's role will include:

Answer Phone Calls, SMS, Emails and Drive Ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention

Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System with critical attention to detail

Conduct Transactions w/ system; walk customer through correction and provide summary

Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle

Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer

Follow up with Customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and outstanding product knowledge

Meeting sales targets and KPI's

Offering the #1 Motorcycle / Powersports experience

To be considered for this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:

Proven exceptional customer service including a professional presentation

Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability

Ability to learn and possess a deep understanding of products and services

General mechanical knowledge and understanding

Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills
