We’re opening our flagship Diamondrensu Australia store in Kirrawee — and we’re on the hunt for a vibrant, personable and tech-savvy Jewellery Sales & Content Superstar to join our small but mighty team.

This is not your average retail job. Think sparkle meets social media, with a role that’s equal parts customer experience and creative content.

If you’ve got an eye for detail, a love for luxury, and know how to read the room — this could be your dream role.

🌟 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Providing warm, genuine and stylish in-store service (no pushy sales tactics here)

Assisting with consultations and helping customers design their dream piece or choose a piece of fine jewellery from our ready-to-ship range

Handling online enquiries and bookings with care and clarity

Creating, filming and editing content for social media (yes, you'll be the face!)

Keeping the store looking immaculate, polished and photo-ready

Using technology in all the right ways — POS, booking systems, content creation, etc.

Supporting store organisation, events and team-based product initiatives

🧠 No Jewellery Sales Experience? That’s Okay!

You don’t need to have worked in jewellery before — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What matters most is that you:

Have retail or customer service experience (preferred)

Are a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Are open, curious and always up for learning something new

Bring a collaborative approach and enjoy being part of a supportive, creative team

✅ Must-Haves:

Social media skills – filming, basic editing, trending sounds, TikTok/IG know-how

Tech-savvy – ability to quickly learn new systems and use tools efficiently

Incredible customer service – warm, attentive, and able to read the room

Attention to detail – from showroom styling to product info, nothing gets past you

Polished presentation – think clean, chic, and yes… your nails should be immaculate

A genuine love for fine jewellery – especially diamonds, gold, and moissanite

Strong values – honesty, kindness, integrity are everything to us

Available for a full-time roster including Saturdays and Sundays
