Our client is an International Law Firm with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional who wants to step into a managerial position.

The successful candidate will work alongside a friendly and well respected COO and enjoy working on daily operational Human Resource needs within the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5+ years human resources experience within a law firm or professional environment
• Prior experience in a legal setting ideal
• Excellent knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Experience working with senior internal stakeholders
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
