We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist who is:

Experienced (or confident early career) in paediatrics, neurodivergent clients, and/or family-based approaches

Interested in play-based, functional therapy that supports regulation, independence, and participation

Values-driven, flexible, and eager to grow in a connected team environment

You’ll have the freedom to tailor your caseload to your interests — early intervention, school-aged support, emotional regulation, motor development, sensory processing, or a blend of it all.

🔍 About the Role

As an OT at Dynamic Connections Therapy, you’ll work with neurodivergent and neurotypical children, teens, and families to support:

Sensory regulation and emotional wellbeing

Motor planning, coordination, and daily life skills

Participation in meaningful activities (at home, school, and in the community)

Functional goals that honour the child’s needs and the family’s capacity

You’ll be supported to work at your own pace and bring creativity, curiosity, and compassion to your sessions. Assessment, therapy, and parent support all included — with full admin and practice support.

✅ What You’ll Need:

Degree in Occupational Therapy

Registration with AHPRA

Medicare provider eligibility + ABN (or willingness to get them)

Commitment to neuro-affirming, family-centred, and relational work

Great communication and collaboration skills
