We're excited to announce that we are now expanding and looking for another valued individual to join the Leading Outdoor Solutions family.

With a growing list of residential landscapes booking into 2026, we now require another fully qualified tradesman/experienced landscaper (minimum 4 years experience) to join our team to assist with on-site tasks. All of our work is residential based, 80% of the work we conduct is swimming pool surrounds which includes excavation, concreting, tiling, retaining walls, stone cladding and drainage. In addition to pool surrounds, we regularly construct small to large-scale front and backyard landscapes.

Applicants will require the following:

Works well in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and expand their skillset.

Punctual.

High level of care and respect for those around them.

Strong eye for detail and can conduct work to a high standard.

Manual drivers licence.

Medium Rigid licence (bonus but not essential).

Own transport to and from work (company vehicle can be provided to the right applicant).

Holds a white card, asbestos awareness and silica awareness.

Can manage a small team of landscapers.

Can conduct work unsupervised.

Applicants will be favourable if they have experience conducting swimming pool surrounds.
