About The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with basic mechanical skills or trade experience who is keen to build a rewarding career in the installation, maintenance, and repair of roller shutters and outdoor blinds.

Key Responsibilities:

Installations: Installation of new manual and motorised roller shutter and outdoor blind systems for residential and commercial projects.

Fault Diagnosis and Repairs: Identify and repair minor faults under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Customer Service: Deliver friendly and professional customer service.

Site Cleanliness and Presentation: Ensure the worksite is left clean and tidy at the end of each job, maintaining a standard that is better than when work commenced.

Essential Requirements:

Basic mechanical aptitude or previous hands-on experience in a trade-related field (e.g., construction, electrical, mechanical, or similar).

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

A valid class C driver’s licence.

Ability and confidence to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.

Desirable Qualifications:

White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain.

Working at Heights Certification or willingness to obtain.

First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Any prior experience in roller shutter and outdoor blinds installation, repair, or related trades.

Employment Conditions:

Company vehicle and tools may be provided where applicable.
