National Workforce is currently recruiting motivated and dependable Production Workers to join our clients' teams in Somersby (2250), Warnervale (2259) and surrounds. If you're hands-on, safety-conscious, and looking for stable work in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with all stages of production - from setting up moulds and fixing steel to pouring and finishing concrete
• General labouring duties, including keeping your workspace clean and safe
• Using a variety of hand and power tools (training available)
• Operating forklifts if you hold a current licence and have experience

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in precast, construction, or manufacturing is ideal
• A valid forklift licence and experience are highly valued
• Good physical fitness - this is a hands-on, active role
• Access to reliable transport
• A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements
