We are seeking Food Production Workers to join a family run meat processing business based in Milperra. This opportunity offers ongoing, stable work with potential for permanent opportunities on the following shifts:

• Full time – 6am to 4pm – 1hr break
• Morning part time – 6am to 12noon – 30min break

About the Work:

• Primary tasks: operating the meat mincer, deboning, meat preparation including making sausages, seasoning, cooking, slicing, packaging & storing final product.
• Following safe work procedure including working with knives, smokers & steamers
• Full training provided onsite

What we are looking for:

• Must have previous experience using knives and working with food
• Available for an immediate start
• Unrestricted working rights – must be able to work a 38 hour week ongoing
• Comfortable working with meat products including pork
• Safety focussed & attention to detail
• Fit & healthy – physical work required
