This client is highly regarded for their strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and safety, consistently completing projects on time and within budget. They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor for their 10 weeks project in Tara, QLD and future pipeline projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow.

Monitor progress against project plans and address any issues or delays promptly.

Enforce compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies on site.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.

Manage site documentation including daily reports, safety records, and progress updates.

Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is required.

Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar supervisory role in residential or commercial construction.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide site crews.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Flexible and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to site challenges.
