About the Role
As a Finance Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the business through efficient and accurate processing of accounts. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and broader finance team to ensure timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing of Accounts Payable (invoices, purchase orders, payment runs)
• Management of Accounts Receivable, including raising invoices and following up on outstanding payments
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end reporting and accruals
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Supporting the finance team with general administrative duties

About You:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar AP/AR role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
