The Role – Lead a High-Performing National Sales Team:

This is a rare and sought-after opportunity to lead a high-performing team of phone-based sales consultants predominantly at the company’s major hub—Melbourne, with some other staff in NSW and QLD.

As the Head of Sales you'll be at the helm of a growing division, managing a team of talented reps who sell products and solutions directly to residential homeowners—all through inbound leads.

This isn’t outbound cold calling—every lead is warm and ready, and your role is to empower your team to close confidently and consistently.

You’ll be responsible for:

✅ Leading a team of internal phone based sales agents in VIC

✅ Product your team sell are Air Con, Heat Pump, Solar, Battery

✅ Warm inbound leads are brought in via marketing and digital

✅ Coaching and training sales staff to reach max performance

✅ Ensuring the division as a whole are achieving desired results

✅ Enhancing the sales framework - processes, scripts, onboarding, QA, KPIs

✅ Working hand-in-hand with leadership, marketing & operations

✅ Big monthly commission for overall sales directly from your division’s success

✅ Driving the scalable, repeatable sales model from the ground up

✅ Recruitment and team growth

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a proven leader in Sales Management ideally within a related sector such as Solar, Heat Pump, Air Con, Energy, Home Improvements etc. with experience driving high-performing teams with high output and volume.

Key Skills & Experience You’ll Bring:

📞 Proven success managing phone-based or outbound sales teams

🎯 Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and performance management

💬 Hands-on experience in phone sales and closing deals yourself

🔥 Ability to inspire, lead, and motivate teams to hit and exceed targets

🔁 Solid grasp of end-to-end sales processes and customer journeys

🧠 Experience building and executing sales training and onboarding programs

🗣️ Clear communication—both written and verbal

🖥️ Confidence using CRM systems and sales tech tools
