Welder / Skilled Fitter (Plumber with Brazing Skills Welcome!) – $50–$55/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a Skilled Welder, Mechanical Fitter, or Plumber with brazing/welding experience to join our high-performing team on a static site in South Dandenong.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering stable hours, clean and structured factory work, and excellent opportunities for long-term career growth.

You’ll be working with diesel engines, containerised cooling systems, and copper pipe welding/brazing, alongside experienced electricians and tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities

Perform welding and brazing tasks (mainly copper pipework)

Move and install Bezel Jem cooling sets into container units

Assist with diesel engine setups and basic wiring with sparkies

Work safely and efficiently in a clean, well-organised factory environment

Contribute to a supportive and innovative team-based culture

Requirements

No formal qualifications required hands-on experience is key

Confident and competent in welding, especially on copper or pipework

Background in mechanical fitting, plumbing, or similar is a bonus

Must be reliable, proactive, and a team player
