The Role: Product Solutions Expert (CABINET VISION)

We’re looking for a technically minded, detail-oriented professional to join our team and lead the implementation of CABINET VISION software for our clients. You’ll be responsible for configuring and integrating the software into manufacturing environments, ensuring it’s tailored to each client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure CABINET VISION software for new and existing clients

Work closely with clients to understand their workflows and customise solutions

Integrate CABINET VISION with other systems such as ERP platforms, CNC machinery, and inventory tools

Provide technical support during and after implementation

Deliver training and create documentation to help clients get the most out of the software

Stay up to date with software updates and industry best practices

About You

You’re a problem-solver with a passion for technology and a knack for making complex systems easy to understand. You’ll bring:

Full Australian working rights or permanent residency

Experience in software implementation or systems integration, ideally in manufacturing or cabinetry

Strong knowledge of CABINET VISION or similar CAD/CAM software

Familiarity with CNC machinery and manufacturing processes

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills

A genuine passion for helping clients and delivering great service
