Latitude Recruitment is partnering with a timber mill in Nangwarry to find an experienced Mill Supervisor ready to lead a high-performing production team.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in a timber mill or production environment, who thrives on keeping things moving, meeting demand, and motivating people around them.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day mill operations to ensure smooth and timely production

Lead, mentor, and manage a team across various shifts

Liaise with suppliers and senior mill management

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations

Monitor production output to meet quality and order targets

Previous timber mill experience – essential

Strong leadership and communication skills
