Connect.Ed is a small, values-driven team passionate about delivering trauma-informed early intervention and professional development. We partner with early childhood educators, teachers, caregivers, and schools to foster relationships and practices that support children to thrive.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced, confident Professional Development Facilitator for a contract / temporary / casual position. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions both in person and online, helping build the capacity of those working directly with children and families.

Whether you’re an experienced facilitator or an educator with a passion for training others, if you’re ready to share your knowledge and support others in trauma-informed, relational practice — we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll Bring:

A strong understanding of adult learning principles

Confidence and experience delivering professional development online and in person

Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work

A sound understanding of trauma-informed practice

A warm, engaging facilitation style with a clear, grounded communication approach

Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive, and evidence-informed practices

Bonus:

Experience or understanding of the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector

Experience in allied health, education, or social services
