We are currently recruiting customer service superstars for contract based positions in Gosford! Initial 6 month contract with HIGH potential to extend!

Selection Criteria:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proven experience in high volume contact centre OR strong customer service experience in another area
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Highly motivated and driven
• Non restricted work rights
• MUST be available for rotating roster between 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday (shifts cannot be chosen as they will rotate)
• MUST be available to work on site in Gosford FULL TIME - first 2 weeks will be in Newcastle
• MUST be available to start work on the 8th of August 2025

Key skills:

• Good phone manner
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good team player
• High attention to detail
• Resolve enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
• Experience in high volume environment
