We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Fitters to join these well-established companies.

You'll be responsible for ensuring equipment operates efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills and a background in food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on production equipment (e.g., conveyors, ovens, mixers, and packaging machinery).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimise downtime and ensure production continuity.
• Carry out safety checks and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
• Accurately complete maintenance records and work orders.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery and upgrades.

About You:

• Trade-qualified Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent).
• Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing highly regarded.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety, hygiene, and food industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
