Westfill Group was established in 2020, primarily focusing on mining backfill solutions. Today, we have broadened our scope to backfill and paste plant solutions, underground mining services and mining software products. Our clients trust us to deliver safety, productivity, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of underground mining roles (trades, operators, technical staff)
• Partner with hiring managers and site teams to understand workforce needs
• Drive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future project ramp-ups
• Support onboarding processes and workforce planning initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in blue-collar recruitment (essential)
• Experience in underground mining or trades recruitment (essential)
• Exceptionally organised and able to manage competing priorities with ease
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working autonomously and taking full ownership of your portfolio
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Based in Western Australia (essential)
