We are on the hunt for a passionate, experienced and service focused Full-Time Resident Experience Ambassador to join our team of service professionals to deliver exceptional service to our community of residents. Be the face and the heart of our premium residential offering, and join the team at our beautiful HOME Richmond.
Join an exceptional team with real team spirit, where service excellence is at the heart of everything we do. Your day-to-day will center around being the first point of on-site contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service at every stage of their rental journey. You'll support with their move in and move out logistics, amenity bookings, rental payments and any other day to day requests.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' front of house experience in Customer Service/Hospitality/Hotel/Property. Working a rotating roster to support our team, weekends and evenings are required.
