Position: NDIS Support Worker

Location: Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas

What You'll Do:

Assist participants with daily living activities

Support community engagement and social participation

Help with personal care and household tasks

Develop and implement individualised support plans

Promote independence and well-being

Deliver high-intensity support to participants with complex needs, including behavioural support, personal care, and health management.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with

NDIS standards.

Medication assistance, where required.

Work in Supported Independent Living homes and Short Term Accomodation.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in disability support (preferred)

Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate Ill in Individual Support or higher) or working towards, Working with Children check, Police check, CPR, first aid, comprehensive insurance, medication administration certificate, NDIS modules.

Available over a 24/7 roster where possible.

Available on rotating weekends where possible .
